Apparatus news

Thanks for the apparatus info guys. I will make appropriate notes on the website. If you have any other details please let us know!

The Brewster news is particularly interesting. The department was looking to replace the 1974 Mack and apparently the town actually made the suggestion they try to try to replace both the 1974 and 1980 engines at the same time or nearly the same time. This is a refreshingly proactive approach and demonstrates the support Brewster has for its fire department. Hopefully the funding will follow.

oh it would be nice to spotlight any of the cape's vintage equipment on occasion, as i know there are worker bees out there restoring them...
nice job with the blog. hadn't visited the site in a while and nice to see you have "upgraded"; i'm sure you'll be more than glad you did.
on top of everything else, now there is a place to share this kind of info; i can't listen to the scanner at work, but appreciate the news.

USCG 424 is a Chevy (not Ford) and the Clinic is on Lee Rd (not Hospital)
